Registration

Registration is required to use the service. By registering:

• You provide accurate and truthful information
• You are responsible for your account security

Providers

Providers are subject to the following obligations:

• Must provide accurate information about their services
• Must operate legally
• Must deliver quality services

Bookings

The following terms apply to bookings:

• Bookings become valid upon confirmation
• Cancellation is possible according to the provider's policy
• Providers may charge a fee for no-shows

Payments

Payment is made at the provider, unless online payment is available. Timera is not responsible for provider pricing.

Prohibited Activities

The following is prohibited on the platform:

• Illegal activities
• Providing false information
• Sending unsolicited messages
• Disrupting platform operations

Liability

Timera operates as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for services provided by providers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
